Prime Rib is also served on Thursday nights, in addition to Friday and Saturday nights! We Only ever had 2 complaints on our Prime Rib. Both people had said that there wasn't enough fat on their piece??? And I'll tell ya! They really were disappointed!! I'll admit, our Prime Rib does not have a lot of fat on it. It is a 10 oz piece of some of the Best Prime that about everyone (except 2) has ever ate!!
We have a New Macaroni Salad and a New Potato Salad! Both of these are made-from-scratch right in our own kitchen! Just as our World-famous Coleslaw is! And I can tell you honestly.... there is NO-one in the state of Ohio that has Coleslaw or Macaroni Salad that tastes like our's!!
New Macaroni & Cheese bites and Corn Nuggets. Both of these a deep-fried and delicious! Available as an Appetizer, or a Side Dish.
Our Burgers have changed! I got rid of the 5 ounce "packed" burger in favor of an 6 oz succulant "loose" pattie that is seasoned and delicious!
We also changed the American cheese slices to an excellent tasting cheese! This cheese _really_ makes our Omelets, Breakfast-Sandwiches, Burgers, Grilled-Cheese, and anything else we apply it to; better!!
Our Swiss Cheese providers are Pearl Valley Cheese of Fresno; which is just down the road from us! They have many award-winning cheeses and can be found on the web at:
And www.steinerscheese.com Steiner's Swiss Cheese, right here in Baltic which is The Oldest Cheese House in the Country! They too! Have had many awards for their Swiss brands of cheese! The company is in their 4th Generation of ownership.
Banquet Prices. Our Banquet Prices could (perhaps?) be the Best in the state of Ohio? And let me tell you folks, it is a GREAT Deal! Prices vary by how many different dishes of meat you would like to have, but they all include 4 Side Dishes, Tax, Tip, Drinks, and Dessert!!
