Let me tell you of some of the changes that have been made in the last 4 months.
Prime Rib is also served on Thursday nights, in addition to Friday and Saturday nights! We Only ever had 2 complaints on our Prime Rib. Both people had said that there wasn't enough fat on their piece??? And I'll tell ya! They really were disappointed!! I'll admit, our Prime Rib does not have a lot of fat on it. It is a 13.5 oz piece of some of the Best Prime that about everyone (except 2) has ever ate!!
We have a New Macaroni Salad and a New Potato Salad! Both of these are made-from-scratch right in our own kitchen! Just as our World-famous Coleslaw is!
New Macaroni & Cheese bites and Corn Nuggets. Both of these a deep-fried and delicious! Available as an Appetizer, or a Side Dish.
Our Burgers have changed! I got rid of the 5 ounce "packed" burger in favor of an 8 oz succulant "loose" pattie that is seasoned and delicious!
We also changed the American cheese slices to an excellent tasting cheese! This cheese _really_ makes our Omelets, Breakfast-Sandwiches, Burgers, Grilled-Cheese, and anything else we apply it to; better!!
We recently switched our Swiss Cheese provider to Pearl Valley Cheese of Fresno; which is just down the road from us! They have many award-winning cheeses and can be found on the web at: www.pearlvalleycheese.com
Banquet Prices. Our Banquet Prices could (perhaps?) be the Best in the state of Ohio? And let me tell you folks, it is a GREAT Deal! Prices vary by how many different dishes of meat you would like to have, but they all include 4 Side Dishes, Tax, Tip, Drinks, and Dessert!!
